Your impact

Manage on site engineering team of 20 dealing with construction administration (AE Services during construction)

The team are responsible but not limited to the following deliverables:

Field Observations:

Ensuring timely preparation of FORs

Maintaining and reporting out on FOR metrics

Categorizing FORs (severity level)

Set up weekly walks with Client

DV - (Design Verification) including:

Maintaining the DV workflow

Maintaining and reporting out on DV metrics

Administration:

Up to date Escalation Matrix - Workflow for field request

Site Logistics / Resources

Site PPE stock - Ordering / Requesting

Site Team Training needs

Site Team Safety

Safety Metrics and Reporting

Support of Home Office SDC needs:

Field work (tape measures / photos etc.)

- Preparation of Assignment Letters - GBS (In country vs Expat)

Site Team Health Champion

General Contractor and Owner Site Representative

Ensuring team provides accurate availability (dates/times) in JCAST

Ensuring prompt action by the field SDC team in response to DV requests

Location - Dholera , India
