Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
Job Experience: 2-4 years in related fields
Proven experience in application operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of related Microsoft Services (e.g. MS Office, MS Outlook)
In-depth skills referring application lifecycle incl. security and maintenance procedures for Microsoft Applications
Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes including request, incident and change management, ideally with prior experience using ServiceNow
Basic knowledge of Windows client OS, registry and file systems
PowerShell scripting know-how is helpful
Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g. Microsoft certified and or ITIL certified)
Strong global communication and collaboration skills
Fluently English in spoken and written words
