Job Requirements and Skills:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning, Luxury (Non-IT) who will take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process. He or she will focus on effectively sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining talented individuals who align with the Brand’s objectives.
This role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate/ convert sales.
Job Skills:

Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce planning, capability gaps, and future talent needs.

Build strong talent pipelines for niche and leadership roles within luxury and product-based industries.
Leadership Hiring & Talent Mapping

Drive leadership hiring through market mapping, headhunting, networking, and industry research.

Identify talent from premium product-driven brands, luxury houses, consumer brands, interior/design firms, and founder-led organizations.

Build succession pipelines and maintain confidential leadership talent databases.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Strengthen the employer brand through storytelling, social hiring, networking events, and strategic partnerships.

Ensure a premium and seamless candidate experience aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to create compelling recruitment campaigns and talent communication strategies.
Hiring Technology & Recruitment Analytics

Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience

8–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to:

Product-based organizations

Luxury / lifestyle / retail / Consumer brands/Interior/ Fashion & Lifestyle/ Creative & Art Led Businesses

Design-led or founder-driven businesses

Proven experience in hiring for mid to senior-level roles.

Experience in executive search, strategic hiring, and stakeholder management.

Exposure to creative, brand, production, and commercial hiring is preferred.
