Key Responsibilities:
- Drive student enrollments by sustaining a steady pipeline of leads through “Above The Line” (ATL) and “Below The Line” (BTL) promotional initiatives, including school seminars, community workshops, and outreach programs in residential areas within the assigned region.
- Support achievement of admission goals by conducting regular visits to schools and interacting with principals, academic coordinators, and management representatives to strengthen institutional partnerships and expand business opportunities.
- Deliver an excellent counseling experience during home interactions with students and parents, guiding them effectively through the admission process and converting prospects into successful enrollments.
- Leverage growth opportunities by building strong relationships and collaborating with local tutors and coaching centers to enhance student referrals.
- Maintain strict compliance with organizational policies, operational procedures, and reporting standards while executing all assigned responsibilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
