We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Franchise Sales) who can identify, engage, and onboard franchise partners in key cities across India. The candidate will be responsible for driving franchise growth, conducting business presentations, managing the complete sales cycle, and helping build a strong franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate franchise opportunities across assigned territories.
* Build a pipeline of potential franchise investors and business owners.
* Conduct discovery calls, business presentations, and franchise opportunity meetings.
* Explain the KreateCube business model, investment structure, and revenue potential.
* Manage the complete franchise sales process from lead generation to agreement signing.
* Coordinate with company leadership during franchise discussions and final negotiations.
* Develop relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Consultants, and business professionals interested in entrepreneurship opportunities.
* Attend exhibitions, networking events, business forums, and industry events to generate franchise prospects.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversion activities in CRM.
* Work closely with marketing teams to improve franchise lead generation campaigns.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.

Qualification:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
* Proven track record in franchise or business development sales.
