EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7–12 years of experience in consulting, customer success, client servicing, or business advisory roles — Mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and building high-performing teams — team handling and team building is non-negotiable.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client relationship management role at a senior level.
- Prior exposure to the training, education, or consulting industry is a strong advantage.
- Experience working directly with entrepreneurs, SME owners, or business leaders is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to implement systems, processes, and SOPs within a team or division.
- Track record of creating measurable client outcomes and success stories.
