We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Senior Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading test planning, executing advanced RF and system tests, performing deep debugging, and evaluating product performance based on ATP.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead test planning and execution by developing comprehensive test methodologies and running advanced RF and system-level testing protocols.
- Conduct advanced Radio Frequency (RF) and full-system testing to ensure optimal product functionality.
- Oversee and manage the preparation, configuration, and calibration of advanced technical test setups and specialized equipment.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and perform rigorous root cause analysis on failed components or systems.
- Maintain detailed data records and test results, reporting directly to the Production Engineer to ensure aligned manufacturing workflows.
- Evaluate overall product performance strictly based on the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP).
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience in electronics, system, or RF testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong background in advanced RF and system testing, equipment calibration, and test architecture management.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities with a data-driven approach to root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with validating features against Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and driving quality assurance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effectively reporting technical data to production leadership.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and occasionally work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
