Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Holiday Package Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding travel requirements, creating customized holiday itineraries, and converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Design and suggest suitable domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package proposals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors for bookings.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, and tourism trends.
