Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR cum Recruiter who will handle end-to-end recruitment along with supporting core HR activities. This is a dual role ideal for someone who enjoys both talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination)
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Post jobs on portals and use different sourcing channels
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Handle onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Assist in HR operations like attendance, policies, and employee queries
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist role
- Good understanding of hiring processes and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in embedded hiring or bulk hiring is mandatory
Preferred:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Experience in IT/Non-IT hiring (customize based on your need)
