*About the Role:*We are hiring a Quality Head to lead Quality Assurance for electric bicycle manufacturing—responsible for QMS implementation, process audits, continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen), compliance, and driving superior product quality and customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1Quality Management System:* Maintain a robust QMS aligned with ISO 9001.* Develop and implement quality procedures and work instructions.
2 Quality Control & Assurance:* Manage inspection processes at all production stages.* Conduct internal/ external quality audits and ensure compliance.
3 Non-Conformance Management:* Drive CAPA activities and resolve quality issues.* Perform root cause analysis and prevent recurrence.
4 Supplier Quality Management:* Evaluate, audit, and qualify suppliers based on performance. Monitor supplier KPIs and drive improvements.
5 Continuous Improvement:* Lead Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and Six Sigma initiatives.
* Analyze quality data to improve processes and reduce defects.
6 Quality Training & Awareness:* Train teams on quality tools (7 QC tools, TQM, etc.).* Promote a culture of quality ownership. Customer Feedback & Satisfaction:* Address customer complaints and warranty cases.* Use feedback to improve product and processes.
*Who You Are (Required Skills & Experience)** B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics or MBA (Operations / SCM)* 8+ years of experience in Electric Bicycle / EV / 2W manufacturing industry* Hands-on experience * ISO 9001, PPAP, TQM, TPM, Six Sigma* 7 QC tools and Statistical Process Control (SPC)* AI / Data analytics tools (Power BI / Tableau / AI-driven Quality dashboards / Predictive analytics)
