Role Description The Vendor Onboarding Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The role involves identifying potential vendors, explaining Dropdash’s platform and processes, and guiding them through registration and documentation requirements. The executive will collect and verify vendor information, coordinate product listing and catalog setup, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, resolving vendor queries, collaborating with operations and support teams, and continuously improving the onboarding experience. The role also includes monitoring vendor performance in the initial stages and providing feedback and support to help them succeed on the platform.
Qualifications
Vendor management and onboarding skills, including experience in coordinating documentation, registration, and product listing processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with vendors across diverse backgrounds, both in-person and over phone or digital channels.
Basic data management and organizational skills, including accuracy in record-keeping and familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
Understanding of e-commerce or dropshipping concepts, preferably with experience in marketplaces, social selling, or small business support.
Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, manage time effectively, and handle multiple onboarding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address vendor concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
