Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote O&M services for electrical transmission lines and substations.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tenders to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand service offerings and create impactful marketing materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective marketing campaigns and client acquisition.
Requirements:
- Education: B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing in the power sector or O&M services.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and B2B marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
- Marketing experience in Electrical Engineering service field is a must.
