We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Food & Beverage Service team as Guest Service Associates (GSA) and Senior Guest Service Associates (Sr. GSA). The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient and professional food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of restaurant and service areas.
Set up and clear tables as per operational requirements.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Follow hygiene, safety, and company policies at all times.
Support team members during peak operational hours.
