Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students and working professionals to understand their educational background and career aspirations
- Suggest suitable UG/PG programs and universities based on student requirements
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission process
- Assist and guide candidates throughout the application and enrollment journey
- Build strong relationships with students through regular follow-ups and effective communication
- Maintain proper records of student interactions, follow-ups, and progress updates
- Stay updated with current education trends, university offerings, and admission procedures
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute towards team performance
