Job roles:
KSEB Documentation & Coordination – Solar Project
KSEB is the authority responsible for approvals, inspections, and grid connectivity for solar systems in Kerala. This role ensures all documentation and coordination with KSEB is completed smoothly.
Net Metering Process
- Handle net meter application and agreements
- Coordinate with KSEB for meter installation approval
- Ensure all documents for net metering are accurate
- Follow up until net meter is installed and activated
Documentation & File Management
- Maintain proper records of all submitted documents
- Prepare customer files (hard copy & digital)
- Ensure compliance with KSEB norms and formats
- Update project status reports
Approval & Commissioning Support
- Follow up for feasibility approval and work sanction
- Submit completion reports after installation
- Assist in getting commissioning approval from KSEB
- Ensure final documentation is submitted correctly
Liaison & Follow-up
- Regular follow-up with KSEB offices for approvals
- Resolve delays or document issues
- Build good coordination with KSEB officials
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of KSEB procedures and solar approval process
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Must have own vehicle and two/ four wheeler license
Preferred:
Candidates having experience in solar field are encouraged to apply
Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree
