Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer with strong experience in developing scalable mobile and web applications using Flutter 3.x, Dart, and modern state management techniques. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with React (JavaScript/TypeScript), API integration, application security, performance optimization, and background processing. The candidate should be capable of building high-performance, secure, and scalable applications for Android, iOS, and Web platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter 3.x and Dart.

Build responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components.

Implement state management using BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod.

Integrate REST APIs using Dio and handle secure network communication.

Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure data storage.

Develop features involving background services, push notifications, and offline data synchronization.

Implement SSL Pinning to secure communication between mobile applications and backend services.

Work with encryption/decryption algorithms for securing sensitive application data.

Optimize application performance, memory usage, battery consumption, and startup time.

Use monitoring and performance profiling tools to identify bottlenecks.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, and releases.
