Job Summary
The Head – Clinical Operations will lead and oversee all clinical service delivery across health programs and facilities. The role involves managing rural healthcare operations, strengthening community health initiatives, and ensuring quality and continuity of care across multiple program areas.The role requires a mission-driven medical professional who is passionate about rural healthcare, community medicine, and integrated health systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Clinical Leadership: Lead and manage clinical operations across health facilities and outreach programs. Ensure delivery of high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered healthcare services and oversee clinical protocols and medical governance.
· Community Health Programs: Support implementation of preventive and community-based healthcare programs including NCD screening, maternal health, and public health awareness.
· Program Implementation: Support health camps, screening initiatives, telemedicine programs, and referral systems and monitor clinical outcomes.
· Multidisciplinary Coordination: Work closely with teams across nutrition, community engagement, and livelihood programs to ensure integrated care delivery.
· Rural Healthcare Delivery: Provide clinical consultations where required and ensure continuity of care through referral and follow-up systems.
· Training & Capacity Building: Train community health workers and field teams on healthcare protocols and strengthen rural healthcare workforce.
· Monitoring & Reporting: Track program metrics, clinical outcomes, and service utilization and support reporting for leadership and CSR impact assessment.
