Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and follow company guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.

Graduates & Undergraduates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
B2 High communication proficiency.
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in rotational shifts.

10-Hour Shift (Including 1-Hour Break)
2 Rotational Week Offs

CTC: Up to ₹28,000 per month (Including PLI)
