About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in managing software and AI-based projects. The ideal candidate should have experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards. Experience working with AI/ML products or Generative AI solutions is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple software and AI projects simultaneously from initiation to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineering, AI/ML, QA, design, and business teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Gather and document business requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.
- Track KPIs, project metrics, and prepare regular status reports.
- Manage client communication and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous process improvements and adopt best project management practices.
- Support AI product development by coordinating model integration, API implementation, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience working with software development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as:
- Jira
- Trello
- Asana
- ClickUp
- Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms, and software deployment processes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
