*Role Overview**
The Head of HR is a senior leadership position responsible for directing the entire human resources function. You will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring that our people strategy is fully aligned with the company’s business objectives. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, champion the company culture, and ensure total compliance with labor laws and corporate regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Strategic Leadership & Culture*
* Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company’s long-term business goals.
* Champion the organization’s values, promoting a culture of inclusivity, high performance, and employee well-being.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce development.
**2. Talent Management & Development**
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
* Design and implement performance management systems that encourage continuous growth and accountability.
* Identify training needs and lead the development of programs to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills.
**3. HR Operations & Compliance**
* Ensure full compliance with all relevant labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
* Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure consistency and transparency.
* Manage HR systems (HRIS), data security, and accurate record-keeping.
**4. Compensation & Employee Relations**
* Design competitive compensation and benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness.
* Oversee payroll administration and benefits enrollment processes.
* Act as the primary point of escalation for complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
**5. Analytics & Reporting**
* Establish and monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, engagement scores) to inform data-driven decision-making.
* Provide regular reports to the board/executive team on workforce trends and HR performance.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) or relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred.
* **Experience:**10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
* **Technical Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
* **Soft Skills:**
* **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives.
* **Leadership:** Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and manage an HR team.
* **Communication:** Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* **Ethics:** High level of integrity and capacity to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
