- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Applications Technical.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect cloud applications with other systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance and reliability.
