Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and energetic Video Content Creator to produce engaging video content for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be confident in front of the camera, passionate about content creation, and capable of planning, filming, and editing high-quality videos for social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging video content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Present real estate projects confidently in front of the camera.
- Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, customer testimonials, and reels.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create campaign-based content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and video formats.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and quality standards.
- Manage the content calendar and meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred, but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in video content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Freshers with an impressive portfolio and on-camera confidence are encouraged to apply.

- Confident On-Camera Presentation
- Video Shooting & Storytelling
- Video Editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Reel & Short-form Content Creation
- Social Media Content Strategy
- Creative Thinking
- Photography (Preferred)
- Canva / Adobe Photoshop (Preferred)
- Strong Communication Skills (Malayalam & English)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Real Estate, Lifestyle, or Promotional Content.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content trends.
- Ability to work independently and deliver creative ideas.
