Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate product development activities between R&D, Design teams, and customers. The role will be responsible for tracking project progress, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product development activities between R&D, Design teams, and customers.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
- Maintain and update project trackers, status reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and customers.
- Ensure project information and customer requirements are accurate, organized, and accessible.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare agendas, record Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track action items.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Escalate critical issues and delays to the concerned manager.
- Coordinate between Design, R&D, Production, Quality, Purchase, and other departments.
- Support alignment of customer requirements with internal development activities.
- Assist in managing engineering change requests and maintaining project scope clarity.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management and customers.
- Maintain records of project revisions, approvals, changes, and customer communications.

- Understanding of mechanical design and product development processes.
- Experience working with R&D / Design / Engineering teams.
- Knowledge of project management tools, ERP, or PLM software will be an added advantage.
