Job Title: AV Installer – Level 1 (L1)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AV Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems, ensuring high-quality and safe execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and interpret AV symbols and wiring diagrams.
- Perform proper crimping of RJ45, XLR, and Phoenix connectors.
- Solder and terminate cables accurately.
- Pull and manage cables while maintaining bend radius and labeling standards.
- Install AV equipment and racks neatly and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
- Collaborate with senior installers and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct handovers with complete documentation and quality compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of audiovisual systems and components.
- Experience with cabling, crimping, and soldering.
- Ability to follow technical diagrams and installation instructions.
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Punctual, safety-conscious, and a team player.
Experience:
- Freshers with relevant training or 1–2 years of experience in AV installation preferred.
- Experience in LSPL (or similar) projects is a plus.
