Role Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive/Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment, and help build a positive workplace culture. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination — job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support onboarding and induction for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Coordinate performance review cycles and related documentation
- Address employee queries and provide first-level HR support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) or any degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
