The Senior Scrum Master – Infrastructure is a servant-leader and delivery coach responsible for enabling high-performing infrastructure teams spanning on‑premises platforms (compute, storage, network, data center) and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). This role partners closely with Infrastructure Engineers, Product Owners, and Platform Leaders to drive predictable delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across hybrid infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and enable effective delivery for infrastructure teams
- Remove impediments and manage dependencies across hybrid (on‑prem + cloud) environments
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain clear, prioritized platform backlogs
- Support initiatives such as cloud migration, data center exit, and platform modernization
- Coach teams on Agile and flow practices suited to infrastructure and operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
- Experience working with infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and enterprise delivery environments
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience with cloud migration or large‑scale infrastructure programs
- SAFe or enterprise Agile experience
- Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe SM, etc.)
