Key Responsibilities:
- QMS Management: Ensure strict compliance with ISO/IATF standards and update quality documentation regularly.
- Records & Reports: Prepare and maintain inspection reports, calibration records, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- SOP Controls: Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both production and inspection processes.
- Incoming Inspection: Verify sheet metal raw materials against technical specifications before they go into production.
- In-Process Quality Checks: Conduct dimensional checks, surface finish inspections, and welding/joint quality verification during the manufacturing cycle.
- Final Product Inspection: Perform final checks to ensure finished sheet metal components meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Defect Identification: Promptly detect defects such as cracks, bends, corrosion, or improper assembly to minimize rejection rates.
Requisite Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of total experience in Quality Control/Assurance (Minimum 1+ year relevant experience).
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of measuring tools like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Measuring Tapes, etc.
- Core Competencies: Ability to read drawings/comprehension, strong decision-making, problem-solving, and excellence in creating documentation.
- Soft Skills: Good communication and reporting skills.
Job Details & Compensation:
- Designation: Quality Supervisor.
- Job Location: Sampla (Rohtak) (As per company standard location)
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview performance)
- Work Timings: 8 Hours Shift + OT (if required)
- Reporting Timing: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
