About the Role
NextGen Institute of Technology is looking for passionate
Freelance Visiting Trainers to deliver Soft Skills & AI-Integrated Employability Training Programs for college students.
The trainer will visit assigned colleges and conduct practical, interactive, and industry-oriented sessions focused on communication skills, interview preparation, workplace readiness, and professional use of AI tools for career growth.

Responsibilities :
Visit colleges and conduct offline training sessions.
Deliver practical workshops, mock interviews, GD sessions, and AI-based employability training.
Train students on professional communication, interview readiness, and workplace skills.
Teach students how to use AI tools effectively for resumes, emails, interview preparation, productivity, and career growth.
Conduct hands-on activities, demonstrations, and practice sessions.
Coordinate professionally with college management and training coordinators.
Requirements :
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of ChatGPT, AI productivity tools, and MS Office
Experience in soft skills, employability, or placement training preferred
Strong student engagement and mentoring abilities
Comfortable travelling to colleges for training sessions
Qualification
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in MBA, HR, English, Psychology, Communication, Management, Computer Applications or related fields.
Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills having AI tool knowledge may also apply.
