Role Overview
We are seeking a rare hybrid talent: a Data-Driven YouTube Channel Manager & High-Retention Content Writer. You will be the mastermind behind our channel's growth strategy and the creative voice behind our videos.
Your mission is two-fold: analyze YouTube analytics deeply to spot trends, and craft high-retention, psychology-backed scripts that turn casual viewers into obsessed subscribers. If you know how to manipulate the YouTube algorithm using CTR, AVD, and storytelling, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Management & Strategy: Oversee content strategy, topic selection, regular publishing schedules, and community tab engagement.
- Deep Data Analytics: Audit channel performance weekly. Dive deep into YouTube Studio to analyze Click-Through Rate (CTR), Average View Duration (AVD), Retention Graphs (identifying dips and spikes), and Impressions to pivot strategy in real-time.
- Trend Forecasting: Identify viral internet trends, current affairs, and competitor blind spots before they go mainstream.
- Visual Scriptwriting: Write 800–1200-word scripts designed specifically for voice-overs and dynamic visual editing.
- Packaging Mastery: Brainstorm high-CTR titles and conceptualize psychological, click-worthy thumbnail designs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- The Hook Master: Proven ability to write video intros that secure >70% retention in the first 30 seconds.
- Visual Thinker: You don't just write words; you write visual cues for editors (pacing, B-roll callouts, sound effects).
- Data Literate: You view YouTube as an algorithmic puzzle, not just a video platform. You understand how CTR and AVD compound to drive impressions.
- Language Fluency: Exceptional storytelling skills in Hindi, English, or Hinglish (depending on the target channel), with a deep understanding of pop culture and human psychology.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
