Job Description -
· Responsible for new hire orientation in order to familiarize them with the organization's policy & process.
· Completing the joining formalities & compliances forms
· Rolling out Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter.
· Maintaining Complete Documents, Issuing ID card /Banks accounts Letter to new employees.
· Maintaining statutory compliances PF and updating ESIC nominee’s details of the candidates in the system.
· Filling documents and Maintain data of employees.
· Preparing the salary breakups.
· Preparing attendance sheet.
· Preparing monthly salary slips & provide to employees.
· Process Full & Final settlement of exit employees.
