We’re looking for a creative + performance-driven Social Media Manager who understands not just content — but what sells.
You’ll be responsible for building Glyters into a high-converting, premium jewellery brand online through content, SEO, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and execute daily content (Reels, Posts, Stories)
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Develop viral & trend-based reels with strong hooks
- Maintain a consistent premium brand aesthetic
Content & Creative Direction
- Ideate and execute shoot concepts, scripts, and styling
- Coordinate with models, photographers, and editors
- Ensure jewellery is always the hero focus
Growth & Performance
- Analyze content performance (views, CTR, saves, conversions)
- Optimize content based on what drives sales, not just likes
- Work closely with ads team for high-performing creatives
SEO & Website Optimization
- Optimize product pages with:
- SEO titles & meta descriptions
- Keywords targeting (jewellery, gifting, silver)
- Improve organic traffic & ranking
- Work on blog/content strategies (if needed)
Customer Engagement
- Handle comments, DMs, and community building
- Create WhatsApp & retention campaigns
KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
- Increase in orders per day
- Higher engagement rate & reach
- Improvement in conversion rate
- Growth in organic traffic (SEO)
- Contribution to AOV & repeat purchases
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in social media / digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & trends
- Basic knowledge of SEO (on-page, keywords, meta)
- Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Creative mindset + data-driven thinking
- Ability to execute fast in a startup environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
