- Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly and politely
- Follow up to ensure issues are fully closed
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication (Malayalam, English)
- Patience, problem-solving attitude, and CRM familiarity
- 0–2 years in customer support or a similar role
- Qualification: Any Graduate
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
