What You’ll Be Doing :
Social Media Management
- Manage and publish content across DMS and client social media pages.
- Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Write captions, schedule / upload posts and ensure content goes live on time.
- Track content performance and share observations.
Trend Research & Content Strategy
- Research trends, competitors and content formats.
- Maintain a bank of content ideas and references.
- Brainstorm campaigns, reels and social media concepts.
- Build moodboards and creative references for shoots.
Content Creation
- Be the Face of the Brand and create content as per trends.
- Assist during shoots wherever required.
- Record behind-the-scenes moments and quick social media content.
- Coordinate with designers and editors to bring ideas to life.
- Review creative outputs before they’re published.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media or content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Canva and basic video editing tools.
- Organised, proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Excited to learn, experiment and work in a startup environment.
Bonus: Videography , AI tools, copywriting or a personal creator account.
