- Coordinate with internal departments, project sites, and external legal counsel on ongoing legal matters.
- Maintain and update records of litigation, arbitration, notices, contracts, and legal documents.
- Track court hearing dates, case status, and ensure timely follow-up with advocates.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements, contracts, notices, affidavits, and legal correspondence.
- Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and project teams for legal documentation and compliance.
- Support land-related, contractual, labour, and commercial legal matters associated with infrastructure projects.
- Ensure proper filing, indexing, and confidentiality of legal documents.
- Monitor legal compliance requirements and maintain compliance trackers.
- Prepare MIS reports, case status reports, and management updates.
- Support the Head–Legal in day-to-day legal coordination and administrative activities.
- Appear court on behalf of Company
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal coordination, preferably in the infrastructure, construction, EPC, real estate, or manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge of Contract Management, Litigation Coordination, Labour Laws, Contract Law, Arbitration, Civil Law, Commercial Laws, Infrastructure Contracts, and Corporate Legal Documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and legal document management.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
