Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in preparing South Indian filter coffee.
- Good knowledge of:
- Traditional filter coffee brewing methods.
- Coffee decoction preparation.
- Milk boiling, frothing, and mixing techniques.
- Maintaining consistency in taste and quality.
- Ability to handle customer orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Fluent in Kannada (mandatory).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic South Indian filter coffee and other café beverages.
- Ensure quality and consistency of coffee served.
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee equipment and workstations.
- Assist in inventory management of coffee powder, milk, sugar, and related supplies.
- Provide friendly customer service.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in cafés, darshinis, restaurants, or coffee houses.
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Local candidates preferred.
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives (if applicable).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
