Job Summary
Toliday Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Visa Expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of visa documentation and processing, and the ability to handle clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end visa processing and documentation.
Guide clients regarding visa requirements and application procedures.
Verify and prepare all visa-related documents accurately.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.
Track applications and provide timely updates to clients.
Resolve client queries professionally and efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest visa and immigration policies.
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry as a Visa Expert/Visa Consultant.
MBA / PGDM preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
