- Diagnose and repair PCBs and faulty electronic components.
- Troubleshoot electronic instruments and provide remote technical support to customers.
- Handle and resolve customer technical queries related to instruments.
- Conduct testing and ensure final acceptance/confirmation of instruments after repair.
- Manage inward/outward movement, storage, and handling of instruments and materials.
- Maintain proper records of service, repairs, and material movement.
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or relevant, B. Tech/B. E will be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in PCB repair, electronics servicing, or instrument troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuit troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in component-level PCB repair and fault finding.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in an in-house technical/service role.
