4-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with strong expertise in U.S. Payroll and Core HR
Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM modules, identifying fit/gaps and recommending solutions
Lead end-to-end implementation of U.S. Payroll and Core HR modules including configuration, testing, and deployment
Configure payroll elements including earnings, deductions, pre-tax and post-tax components, and payment methods based on business needs
Configure payroll definitions, payroll processes, and support payroll cycles ensuring accurate processing and compliance with U.S. regulations
Manage federal, state, and local tax configurations and ensure payroll statutory compliance for U.S. payroll
Design and configure Core HR structures including legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, positions, and workforce structures
Configure personal information, employment lifecycle processes, and HR transactions within Core HR
Work on Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, and eligibility rules
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate business processes into system configurations
Conduct client workshops, demos, and training sessions to showcase solution capabilities
Support reports, interfaces, data conversion, and integrations with payroll and Core HR modules
Perform system testing, payroll validation, and parallel payroll runs to ensure accuracy and compliance
Troubleshoot functional issues and resolve implementation-related defects across project phases
Develop functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, ensuring successful delivery of implementation projects
Strong experience in workflows, security, and OTBI/BI reporting
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client handling skills
Bachelor’s degree or MBA (HRMS preferred) with exposure to Agile/Iterative methodologies
