Project Manager – Interior Sites (Residential Fit-out)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of premium residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple interior fit-out sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior fit-out projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Site Engineers, Production, Procurement, Vendors, and Installation teams.
- Lead multiple project sites simultaneously and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor quality, workmanship, and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and resources at project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections, review meetings, and progress tracking.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues promptly.
- Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular project updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Oversee project handover and ensure timely closure of snag lists.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in residential interior fit-out project management.
- Proven experience in handling premium residential interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture, civil works, finishing works, and site execution.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Strong communication, client management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
