Duties and Responsibilities:
Executed and managed MEP, Flooring, Gypsum ceiling, Carpentry, Joinery, Façade, & landscaping works.

Project planning and execution of all site activities.

Coordinated with the Architect, Consultant, Main contractor, and subcontractor to resolve the issues at site and ensuring the project completion within the scheduled time.

Prepare long-term and short-term material requirement indents based on project schedule, stock, and lead time for procurement.

Certified and verified contractor’s bill quantity.

Prepared BOQ of additional works as per site condition.

- Prepare detailed project reports and progress updates.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in construction techniques, methods, and materials.

Experience in managing and coordinating construction projects.

Ability to convey instructions and expectations clearly to contractors and team members.

Capacity to address unexpected challenges and adapt to changing conditions on-site.

Requirements:
- Candidates under 35 years of age are preferred.
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Candidates based in or near Kozhikode will be given preference.no Accommodation provided.
Must be willing to travel to various project sites as required
