About Us
INAE is an inquiry-based preschool for children aged 1 to 4, drawing on Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and social-emotional learning. Our days are built around children’s own questions — a puddle investigated for twenty minutes, a tower rebuilt for the fifth time, a first friendship forming over a shared basket of blocks.
We are looking for someone to help us tell that story well.
About the Role
This is a part-time, on-site role creating content for our Instagram and Facebook pages, along with posters, invitations, and announcements for the school. You’ll spend time in and around our classrooms, learning to see what’s worth capturing and turning it into something warm, honest, and unmistakably ours.
Key Responsibilities
Capture photographs and short videos of everyday learning, classroom activities, events, and celebrations
Create Instagram and Facebook posts, Stories, and reels Design posters, invitations, announcements, and creatives for admissions and school events
Plan fresh content ideas and themes aligned with our philosophy and calendar
Edit photos and videos to a consistent visual style
Work with the school team to understand what’s coming up and translate it into content
Maintain our established brand look and tone across everything published
Skills & Experience
A good eye for photography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling
Experience creating social media content, with a portfolio to show for it
Comfortable with Canva; exposure to other design, photo, or video editing tools is an advantage Basic photography and video editing skills
The ability to photograph without disrupting the room. Young children who are absorbed in something will stop if you make yourself the centre of attention
Being quiet, patient, and unobtrusive matters more here than any single technical skill
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently Initiative and a willingness to experiment within our visual identity
