Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location Across India | Reports To: Senior Management
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations — managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory Control & Accuracy: Develop strategies for optimal stock levels; manage product returns including restocking, disposal, or return to suppliers.
Forecasting & Demand Planning: Collaborate with sales and procurement to forecast demand; monitor inventory levels; use data analytics for demand prediction.
Team Management: Lead and mentor the inventory control team; assign tasks; conduct performance evaluations; implement improvement plans.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate inventory management processes; implement new technologies to streamline tracking and replenishment.
Reporting & KPIs: Prepare reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and stock aging; monitor metrics; implement action plans for underperforming areas.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage inventory budget; identify cost-saving opportunities through improved procurement practices.
Compliance & Safety: Oversee proper storage conditions; work with quality control to manage product recalls.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with demand forecasting and stock optimization.
- Proven leadership, team development, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
