We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our NABH-accredited hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient hospital functioning, regulatory compliance, service excellence, and coordination across clinical and non-clinical department
- Manage and supervise daily hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, diagnostic, facility, and support service departments.
- Monitor patient flow, service quality, and operational performance to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Implement and track quality improvement initiatives, audits, and corrective actions.
- Oversee manpower utilization, departmental productivity, and resource management.
- Handle patient grievances and support service recovery initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and risk management protocols.
- Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and management dashboards.
- Support NABH assessments, internal audits, and accreditation activities.
