Walter Cuminns Shipping Services (WCS) is looking for a dedicated Boarding Representative to support vessel agency operations at Cochin Port.
The role involves vessel attendance, documentation handling, coordination with port authorities, and operational support to ensure smooth vessel turnaround and port operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vessel boarding and attendance
- Coordinate with port, customs, immigration, and marine authorities
- Handle vessel and crew documentation
- Support port call and operational activities
- Monitor vessel movement and operational reporting
- Ensure smooth coordination during vessel turnaround
Requirements:
- Shipping / Port Agency experience preferred
- Knowledge of vessel handling and port operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Flexible with operational timings
- Candidates based in Cochin preferred
