Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Sales to manage end-to-end project operations for workplace and commercial furniture projects. The role will be responsible for coordinating delivery, installation, warehousing, logistics, procurement and service activities while ensuring projects are completed on time, within cost and as per customer expectations.
The ideal candidate should have strong project management, stakeholder coordination and customer management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from planning through successful completion.
- Coordinate delivery, installation, logistics, warehousing, procurement and service activities.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, costs and overall project performance.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, logistics partners, procurement teams and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct site checks and review project requirements, timelines, shipment details and installation requirements.
- Coordinate with vendor Project Managers and logistics partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular weekly project status and operational review meetings.
- Maintain project documentation, project summary reports and final job costing.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or operational issues.
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with customer requirements and quality expectations.
- Support continuous improvement in project execution and operational processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–8 years of relevant Project Management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong vendor, logistics and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret installation and contract drawings.
- Knowledge of system furniture / office furniture products will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field preferred.
