Role Overview
Responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse, dispatch, transportation and distribution operations across multiple locations, ensuring timely deliveries, inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch, loading and inventory management.
- Plan and monitor transportation, deliveries and reverse logistics.
- Manage transport vendors, negotiate rates and monitor SLA/OTIF performance.
- Lead and manage warehouse/logistics teams of 25+ members.
- Monitor FG, faulty and service inventory and ensure system reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS and track key metrics around dispatch, inventory, delivery and logistics costs.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders for smooth operations.
Desired Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in Logistics / Warehouse / Distribution / Supply Chain.
- Experience managing multi-location, high-volume operations.
- Strong exposure to transportation and vendor management.
- Experience in team handling and ERP/WMS systems.
- Good Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from QSR, Retail, FMCG, E-commerce or Distribution preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
