Job Summary
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and technology-savvy teachers to deliver engaging online classes for students following the CBSE curriculum. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes according to the assigned timetable.
- Prepare and deliver well-structured lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Create an engaging, interactive, and student-centered virtual classroom.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress.
- Assign and evaluate homework, projects, quizzes, and assessments.
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson completion, and student assessments.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow teachers to improve teaching quality.
- Ensure discipline and maintain a positive learning environment during online sessions.
- Use digital teaching tools, presentations, whiteboards, and educational resources effectively.
- Support students with academic guidance and encourage independent learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good computer proficiency and familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.
- Ability to create digital learning materials and presentations.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply. Prior online teaching experience is an added advantage.
