Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Explain company products/services effectively
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
