We're looking for an experienced Cornerstone OnDemand Developer to join our team.
Location: Noida (5 Days Work from Office)
Experience: 8–12 Years
CTC: Upto ₹32 LPA
Required Skills:
8–12 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Cornerstone Development.
Hands-on experience with LMS, Performance, Recruiting, and Succession modules
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Edge Integrate, Data Load Wizard, SFTP, OAuth, JSON/XML
Experience with data migration, reporting, security roles, workflows, and platform configuration
Proficiency in SQL and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience integrating Cornerstone with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS platforms is a plus
