We serve the construction and infrastructure industry across multiple product divisions. As we scale rapidly, data-driven decision-making has become central to our growth strategy — and we are looking for a sharp Business Analyst to support our Director and senior leadership team. ABOUT THE ROLE Are you the person who opens Excel before anything else? Do you love finding patterns in data and turning numbers into stories that drive decisions? We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with our Director to track business performance, analyse market trends and prepare sharp management reports. This role gives you direct access to Director-level decision-making from Day 1 — ideal for freshers and experienced professionals who want real strategic exposure fast. WHAT YOU WILL DO Analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales data across all product divisions and regions Build and maintain Excel dashboards and MIS reports for Director-level review Track KPIs — revenue, volume, collection, order conversion and target vs. actuals Identify trends, gaps and growth opportunities and present findings to management Conduct market research on competitors, pricing and new product opportunities Analyse order processing, dispatch and delivery data for operational improvements Prepare PowerPoint presentations and business review decks for management meetings Coordinate with sales, accounts and logistics teams to ensure data accuracy Support the Director with data inputs for business planning and strategy WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR BBA / BCom / MBA (Finance, Marketing or Operations) or B.Tech with analytical aptitude 0 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, MIS, sales analytics or operations Freshers with advanced MS Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset are welcome Advanced MS Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, charts Good PowerPoint skills for management-level presentations Strong analytical thinking — ability to interpret data and draw clear conclusions Good communication skills in English; Telugu/Hindi is an advantage Knowledge of construction, chemicals or manufacturing is a plus Power BI, SQL or any data visualisation tool is a strong bonus Based in Hyderabad or ready to relocate immediately ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Working Days: 9 AM – 6 PM Monday – Saturday , Language Proficiency: English, Hindi and local language Telugu, Kannada or Tamil language proficiency is mandatory WHY JOIN US?
